Documents Required for New Number Registration

For Consumer

  1. Original ID (NRIC or FIN).

For Business Registration

  1. ACRA (printed out within 6 months).
  2. Letter of Authorisation.
  3. Original ID of authorised person (NRIC or FIN).

Documents Required for Port In Request Registration

For Consumer

  1. Original ID (NRIC or FIN).
  2. Letter of Authorisation (LOA) if the mobile line that you are porting is not under your name or ownership.
  3. Original ID (NRIC or FIN) of the original subscriber in existing telco.

For Business Registration

  1. ACRA (printed out within 6 months).
  2. Letter of Authorisation.
  3. Original ID of authorised person (NRIC or FIN).
  4. Letter of Authorisation (LOA) if the mobile line that you are porting is not under your name or ownership.
  5. Original ID (NRIC or FIN) of the original subscriber in existing telco.

For Consumer

For Business Registration

  1. For your Letter of Authorisation (LOA), please include your company letterhead.
  1. Do note that a deposit will be required for the following Identification Types:
    • Dependent Pass
    • Foreign Student Pass
    • Long Term Visit Pass
  2. Value Added Services (VAS) - Automatically available for all redONE subscribers
    • Caller ID ($2 / month - free till further notice)
    • Roam Like Home
    • IDD Activation
    • Roaming Activation
  3. There will be a $10 SIM Card fee and a 1st month subscription fee charged, which will be collected by the Partner in store.

All our new numbers begin with the following:

Please indicate a few of your preferred numbers in the fields below e.g. 8756 8756. Numbers are allocated based on first-come-first-serve basis.

Do note that there will be a charge for Premium numbers. More details here.

If the fields are left empty, our Partners will randomly select a number for you. Once the line is registered, there will be no change of mind on the number allowed.
