  • What are these Amazing plans about?
    These are our newly improved all-in-one SIM-only plans, which include data, voice calls, and SMS.
  • When are these plans available?
    The plans are ongoing and available effective from 1 June 2021.
  • Where can I sign up for a redONE line?
    You can visit any of our redONE Partners to sign up for a redONE plan. You may also sign up online.
  • Who is eligible to sign up for these plans?
    All new/existing personal individual, BRN lines, and MNP port-in numbers.
  • Am I tied down to redONE by a contract?
    We do not tie our subscribers down with a contract. However, we do have a minimum billing period of at least two (2) billing cycles.
  • What other fees do I have to take note of?
    From 7 Sept 2021 onwards, upon registration of the mobile line, there will be a SIM Card fee of $10 and a 1st month payment of your subscription plan required. These fees are payable upfront and non-refundable. The 1st month payment of your subscription plan will cover for the 1st month bill. Any remaining will roll over to cover the fee for the following month.
    Our $30 registration fee will be waived till further notice.
  • What happens if I do not fully utilise my bundled data allocation?
    Your balance data quota of the month will be forfeited.
  • After I take up one of these plans, am I allowed to boost my monthly data bundle?
    Yes, you may. We have two different options for data add-ons; One-Off and Recurring. One-Off Data Add-On lasts for thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. Recurring Data Add-ons follow the subscriber’s billing cycle and will be pro-rated accordingly. Data Add-ons are activated immediately upon purchase.
  • How do I purchase one-time Data Add-on?
    Both our data add-ons can only be purchased via our 1App.The 1App is available for download on both the App Store and Google Play Store.
  • What is Basic Internet? And what is the speed for Basic Internet?
    Basic Internet will kick in when your local data bundle is fully utilised, and your Internet speed will be throttled down to 128kbps. This is to prevent bill shock for our subscribers.

    128kbps is enough to send out basic messages. To gain access to high-speed Internet again, all you have to do is purchase a data add-on bundle via our 1App.

    Alternatively, when the bill cycle resets on the 1st of every month, subscribers will have access to high-speed Internet from their bundle again.
  • What is your current promotion?
    Our promotion is as follows:
    • Waiver of Registration Fee ($30)
    • FREE Caller ID until further notice
    • Free SIM Card delivery (For Online Registrations)
  • Is there anything else that I should take note of?
    We have a Credit Limit (CL) assigned to each plan that varies in accordance with the plan value. The CL is in place to prevent bill shock. The CL is contributed by purchases of VAS, IDD and Roaming usage, and any excess usage of voice calls or SMS out of the plan bundle.

    When the CL quota has reached 80% and 100%, subscribers will receive an SMS alert to inform them. Upon 100% utilisation, subscribers might experience barring. This can be solved by contacting Customer Care.
  • Can I cancel my mobile line in the middle of the month?
    Yes, you may cancel your line in the middle of the month. However, do note that there will be no prorate for lines terminated before the end of the month. All mobile lines will be charged the full month of usage once the month has begun.
    i.e., if a user terminates his/her mobile line on 1 July 2021, the user will be charged for the full month of July. It is advised that users terminate their lines towards the end of the month to fully utilise the line.

1. The above-published plans (Amazing8, Amazing18, Amazing28, and Amazing38) will be reflected in the Customer Agreement Form (CAF) and Registration Form as Amazing8C, Amazing18C, Amazing28C, and Amazing38B plans respectively.


2. The new Amazing plans are valid starting from 1 June 2021.


3. These plans are applicable for all new and existing subscribers, and MNP port-in numbers.


4. Subscribers on the Amazing plans will continue to use the plans until either party terminates the plan(s) with redONE.


5. Monthly subscription fee for the Amazing plans is only for bundled allocated data, and bundled voice calls and SMS only. The bundled allocated data is applicable for usage in both Singapore & Malaysia only, while the allocated bundled voice calls and SMS are applicable for usage, originating from Singapore, to Singapore and Malaysia numbers only.


6. All prices quoted include 7% GST and based on monthly recurring service unless otherwise stated.


7. IDD & International Roaming are automatically activated for all subscribers. Should the subscriber travel to other countries (apart from Malaysia) and do not wish to incur Roaming charges, the subscriber should switch off the Data Roaming on their mobile equipment. Roaming and IDD are chargeable based on Pay-Per-Use (PPU) rate.


8. The charging block size for each service is as follows. Any actual usage that is smaller/shorter than the charging block size will be rounded up and charged as the respective charging block size:

9. The Amazing plans' first bill will be prorated based on the subscriber's date of plan activation.


10. There will be no prorate for lines terminated before the end of the month. All mobile lines will be charged the full month of usage once the month has begun.

i.e. if a user terminates his/her mobile line on 1 July 2021, the user will be charged for the full month of July. It is advised that users terminate their lines towards the end of the month to fully utilise the line. 


11. Upon 100% utilisation of the allocated data bundle for the Amazing plans, the subsequent usage will be drawn from the Basic Internet data throttling at 128kbps speed. Customer may opt to purchase Data Add-on to continue surfing the Internet at high speed.


12. The Amazing plans do not come with a contract. However, the subscriber will be charged for a minimum of 2 billing cycles.


13.This offer's terms and conditions shall be read in addition to the terms and conditions of the redONE terms and conditions ("Principal Terms & Conditions") accepted by the Customer and shall be supplemental to the Principal Terms & Conditions. The Principal Terms and Conditions shall continue to apply and bind the Customer for purposes of this promotion.

  • What is the Local Unlimited Plan about?
    The Local Unlimited Plan, as its name states, gives you Unlimited access to local Data, Voice Calls, and SMS. However, there is a Fair Usage for all our Plans, which you may find out more from here.
  • 5MBPS sounds like a very limited speed I can surf the net on. Is that sufficient?
    Our team has done a thorough testing on a regular usage and is happy to report that we were able to seamlessly stream YouTube videos at 1080p without any advanced buffeting required. For an average user, 5MBPS will be more than enough speeds to be surfing on.
  • Can I use the Local Unlimited Plan in Malaysia?
    Unlike our Amazing Plans that comes with Borderless Data Experience, the Local Unlimited Plan bundle is for use in Singapore only. However, you may purchase add-ons that are specially for usage in Malaysia via the 1App. You may find out more details here.
  • When are these plans available?
    The Local Unlimited Plan is available from 1 July 2021.
  • Where can I sign up for a redONE line?

    That will be quite a feat! Should you fully utilise the allocated data in the Local Unlimited Plan, you will not be able to access and surf the Internet. To continue to use data, you will have to purchase add-ons via the 1App. The add-ons are one-off and lasts for thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. Add-ons are activated immediately upon purchase.Do note that the data add-ons for the Local Unlimited Plan are capped at speeds of 5MBPS – like our Local Unlimited Plan itself.
  • How do I purchase Add-on?
    All add-ons can only be purchased via our 1App.The 1App is available for download on both the App Store and Google Play Store.

  4. The new Local Unlimited Plan has a Fair Usage Policy of 300GB, 10,000 minutes, and 10,000 SMS. The data speed is capped at 5MBPS.

  5. The Local Unlimited Plan is meant for personal usage and consumption only. It will not be allowed to be used in Mi-Fi or similar devices for mass consumption. redONE reserves the right to charge the subscribers should this be the case.

  6. redONE reserves the right to request users to suspend or deactivate or terminate the Service Number(s) of a MVNO Customer in the following circumstances:

    • if redONE reasonably suspects that there has been fraud or illegal use by the subscriber;

    • if redONE reasonably determines that there has been unauthorised use, excessive use, unreasonable use and/or use not typical of a normal end user by the subscriber;

    • if equipment of the subscriber is causing interference with the redONE mobile network;

    • if redONE reasonably believes the subscriber is jeopardising the operation or quality of the redONE mobile network or the services redONE supplies to redONE Customers; and/or

    • if redONE is required or instructed to do so by a regulatory body, governmental authority, law enforcement agency or Court order.

  7. Subscribers on the Local Unlimited Plan will continue to use the plan until either party terminates or change the plan(s) with redONE.

  16. redONE reserves the right to discontinue the Local Unlimited Plan as and when it deems it required and necessary. In the event the plan(s) is discontinued, and subscribers are required to migrate to another redONE plan (possibly without compensation if the situation warrants it), there will be a wind down period of 12 months, where affected subscribers will be notified at least 12 months in advance.

  17. This offer's terms and conditions shall be read in addition to the terms and conditions of the redONE terms and conditions ("Principal Terms & Conditions") accepted by the Customer and shall be supplemental to the Principal Terms & Conditions.
