  • What is the Data Add-on (Recurring) for?
    Data Add-on (Recurring) are data packages available for purchase for all Amazing Plan subscribers to continue to enjoy high speed data.
  • What is the difference between the Data Add-on (Recurring) and Data Add-on (One-off)?
    The value and the quantity of the Data Add-on (Recurring) is pro-rated in the first follows your billing cycle (1st of every month).
    E.g. If a subscriber purchases a recurring 1GB Data add-on for $1 on 10 November, he/she will be charged:

    Data Add-on 20/30 x 1GB 0.67GB
    Cost 20/30 x $1 $0.67
    Data Add-on (One-off) is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. The full entitlement of the value and quantity will be charged once the purchase is confirmed.
    E.g. If a subscriber purchases a one-off 1GB Data add-on for $1 on 10 November, the add-on will expire on 9 Dec 2021, even if there is leftover data.
  • How can I subscribe to Data Add-on (Recurring)?
    Subscription of Data Add-on (Recurring) is only available via the 1App. The app can be found in both the Apple Store and Google Play Store.
  • Who can subscribe to Data Add-on (Recurring)?
    Data Add-on (Recurring) is available for all redONE Amazing Plan subscribers.
  • Can I use my Data Add-on (Recurring) packages in Singapore and Malaysia?
    Yes, you are able to purchase these Data add-on (Recurring) packages and use them freely in both Singapore & Malaysia.
  • How do I cancel my Data Add-on (Recurring)?
    You can cancel it via the redONE SG 1App or by contacting our Customer Care team. However, do note that cancellation will be implemented immediately, and there will be no refunds for unused data consumption. It is advised that cancellation of the Data Add-on packages should be done at the end of the month.
  • I have cancelled my subscription to Data Add-on (Recurring). Can I subscribe to Data Add-on (Recurring) again?
    Yes, you can subscribe again anytime, via our redONE SG 1App.
  • Will I be tied to a contract if I subscribe to Data Add-on (Recurring)?
    No, there is no contract for Data Add-on (Recurring). You can choose to cancel the Data Add-on (Recurring) anytime you want. However, the subscription fee will not be pro-rated and a full month subscription fee will be charged to your bill.
  • Data Add-on (Recurring/One-off) is available for purchase from 1 June 2021 onwards.​
  • Data Add-on (Recurring/One-off) is a one-off add-on that is activated immediately and valid for 30 days from the date of activation.​
  • For recurring add-on, the price & data of the add-on will be pro-rated accordingly. If the subscriber cancels the subscription of Data Add-on (Recurring) in the middle of the any month, the add-on will be cancelled immediately. However, the price of the Data Add-on (Recurring) will still be fully charged and not be pro-rated or refunded to the subscriber.​
  • For one-off add-on, there will be no pro-rating of the quantity and the subscription fee of the add-on.​
  • Data Add-on (Recurring/One-off) is available for purchase to all redONE Amazing Plan subscribers.
  • redONE Amazing Plan subscribers may subscribe to Data Add-on (Recurring/One-off) at any time.​
  • One-Off and Recurring options are not mutually exclusive. Subscribers will be able to subscribe to both One-Off & Recurring options. In the event a subscriber has both a One-Off add on and a recurring add-on, the One-off bundle will be used first, followed by the recurring bundle.​
  • Subscribers will be able to subscriber to both One-Off & Recurring options. In the event a subscriber has both a One-Off add on and a recurring add-on, the One-off bundle will be used first, followed by the recurring bundle.​
  • The Data Add-on packages are applicable for usage, in both Singapore and Malaysia only.​
  • There will be no termination of the Data Add-on (One-off) option allowed as this is a one-off service, valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.​
