    redDATA SG / redDATA MY (One-off) are data packages available for purchase for all Super, WOW and Unlimited Plan subscribers to continue to enjoy high-speed data should they run out of their bundled data before the month is up.
  • What is the difference between redDATA SG and redDATA MY?
    redDATA SG is a data package available for usage in Singapore only, while redDATA MY is available for data usage in Malaysia only.
  • How long is the redDATA SG / redDATA MY (One-off) valid for?
    The redDATA SG / redDATA MY (One-off) packages are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. The full entitlement of the value and quantity will be charged once the purchase is confirmed. No cancellations of the redDATA SG / redDATA MY (One-off) is allowed upon purchase.
    E.g. If a subscriber purchases a one-off 1GB Data add-on for $1 on 10 November, the add-on will expire on 9 Dec 2021, even if there is leftover data.
  • How can I subscribe to redDATA SG / redDATA MY (One-off)?
    Subscription of redDATA SG / redDATA MY (One-off) is only available via the 1App. The app can be found in the Apple Store and Google Play Store. Click here to download.
  • Who can subscribe to redDATA SG / redDATA MY (One-off)?
    redDATA SG / redDATA MY (One-off) is available for all redONE Super, WOW and Unlimited Plan subscribers.
  • Can I use my redDATA SG / redDATA MY (One-off) packages in Singapore and Malaysia?
    Yes, you are able to purchase these redDATA SG / redDATA MY (One-off) packages and use them in Singapore and Malaysia respectively.
  • How many redDATA SG / redDATA MY (One-off) packages can I purchase in a month?
    You can purchase the redDATA SG / redDATA MY (One-off) packages up to 3 times in a month via our redONE SG 1App. Any additional purchases will need to be made through the assistance of our Customer Care.
  • redDATA SG is available for usage in Singapore only, while redDATA Malaysia is available for usage in Malaysia only.
  • redDATA SG / redDATA MY (One-off) is a one-off add-on activated immediately and valid for 30 days from activation.
  • There will be no pro-rating of the quantity and the subscription fee for a one-off add-on.
  • redDATA SG / redDATA MY (One-off) is available for purchase to all redONE Super, WOW and Unlimited Plan subscribers.
  • There will be no termination of the redDATA SG / redDATA MY (One-off) option allowed as this is a one-off service, valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • Is redSMS a permanent VAS offered by redONE?
    Yes
  • What makes this 1-off Add-on different than the monthly recurring?
    The 1-off Add-on is solely an add-on for the month and will not be a recurring charge on your bill. If you had subscribed to the 1-off Add-on service within the month, you will be charged $2/$3 for the respective quantity chosen for that particular month only.
  • How can I subscribe to redSMS?
    For new subscribers, you can subscribe to redSMS when you sign up for a new redONE line. For existing Amazing Plan Subscribers, you can subscribe via redONE SG 1App.
  • Who can subscribe to redSMS?
    redSMS is available for all subscribers on the Amazing Plans.
  • How do I unsubscribe to redSMS?
    You can unsubscribe via our redONE SG 1App. Alternatively, you can unsubscribe via our Customer Care.
  • I have terminated my subscription to redSMS. Can I subscribe to redSMS again?
    Yes, you can subscribe via our redONE SG 1App 1 time in a month. S$2 or S$3 (excluding GST) per month will be charged to your bill for every successful subscription to redSMS, depending which add-on you opt for.
  • Is there any registration fee required if I subscribe to redSMS?
    No, there is no registration fee required.
  • Will I be tied to a contract if I subscribe to redSMS?
    No, there is no contract for redSMS. You can choose to terminate redSMS anytime you want. However, the subscription fee will not be pro-rated and a full month subscription fee will be charged to your bill.
  • What happens after I fully utilise the SMSes in redSMS?
    Any excess charges will be charged at S$0.05 per SMS.
  • redSMS Packages are available for purchase for ALL Amazing Plans subscribers from 1 June 2021 onwards.
  • redSMS (One-Off) is a one-off add-on that is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. As this is a one-off add-on, there will be no pro-rating of the quantity and the subscription fee of the add-on.
  • One-Off and Recurring options are not mutually exclusive.
  • Subscribers will be able to subscribe to both One-Off & Recurring options. In the event a subscriber has both a One-Off Add-On and a Recurring Add-on, the One-off bundle will be used first, followed by the Recurring bundle.
  • The redSMS add-ons are applicable for usage, originating from Singapore, to Singapore and Malaysia numbers only.
  • Subscribers can request to terminate redSMS at any time. The termination of redSMS is effective immediately.
  • Subscribers will be charged a full one (1) month subscription fee for the month even if the subscriber terminates redSMS at the beginning or middle or end of the month. Subscribers are advised to terminate redSMS before the start of the next bill cycle.
