  • What is redCALL?
    redCALL is a Value-Added Service (VAS) available for all Amazing Plans. It allows susbcribers to make voice calls to all other networks in Singapore and Malaysia, originating from Singapore.
  • Is redCALL a permanent VAS offered by redONE?
    Yes.
  • How can I subscribe to redCALL?
    For new customers, you can subscribe to redCALL when you sign up for a new redONE line at any Neighbourhood Centres near you. For existing customers, you can subscribe via redONE SG 1App
  • Who can subscribe to redCALL?
    redCALL is available for all new and existing customers.
  • How do I unsubscribe to redCALL?
    You may unsubscribe by contacting our customer care, or via your redONE SG 1App.
  • I have terminated my subscription to redCALL. Can I subscribe to redCALL again?
    Yes, you may! A pro-rated amount will be charged to your bill for every successful subscription to redCALL, depending on which option you sign up for and the date of subscription.
  • If I sign up in the middle of the month (e.g. 10 November 2021), how much am I charged?
    e.g. You purchased the redCALL 100 add-on on 10th November 2021, you will be charged at $0.71 for 70.97 mins.
    Formula
    Cost: (22/31 x $1) = $0.71
    Minutes: (22/31 x 100 mins) = 70.97 mins (70m 58s)
  • Is there any registration fee required if I subscribe to redCALL?
    No, there is no registration fee required.
  • Will I be tied to a contract if I subscribe to redCALL?
    No, there is no contract for redCALL. You can choose to terminate redCALL anytime you want. However, the subscription fee will not be pro-rated and a full month subscription fee will be charged to your bill.
  • What happens after I fully utilise the minutes in redCALL?
    Any excess charges will be charged at $0.10 per minute.
  • redCALL Packages are available for purchase to all redONE Amazing Plan subscribers.
  • redCALL (Recurring) is a monthly recurring add-on that is activated immediately and will automatically refresh with the plan’s billing cycle.
  • redCALL (One-Off) is a one-off add-on that is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. As this is a one-off add-on, there will be no pro-rating of the quantity and the subscription fee of the add-on.
  • All Amazing Plan subscribers may subscribe to redCALL at any time.
  • One-Off and Recurring options are not mutually exclusive.
  • The redCALL add-ons are applicable for usage, originating from Singapore, to Singapore and Malaysia numbers only.
  • Subscribers will be able to subscriber to both One-Off & Recurring options. In the event a subscriber has both a One-Off Add-On and a Recurring Add-on, the One-off bundle will be used first, followed by the Recurring bundle.
  • If the subscriber cancels the subscription of redCALL (Recurring) in the middle of the any month (except the first month), the redCALL (Recurring) add-on will be cancelled immediately. However, the price of the redCALL (Recurring) add-on will still be fully charged and not be pro-rated or refunded to the subscriber.

  • Will I be tied to a contract if I subscribe to redCALL?

  • Will my redCALL (One-off) be pro-rated?
    No, it will not be pro-rated and your redCALL minutes is valid for 30 days from the day of your subscription.
