1. When is this promotion for Amazing18?
The promotional Amazing18 Plan offers additional 50GB of Local Data from 1st November to 30th November 2022.

2. Where can I sign up for the Amazing18 Plans?
You may register for our Amazing18 Plans only through our Partners. Locate your nearest Partner here or, leave us with your details here and we will get one of our Partners to contact you instead.

3. Is there a tie-down period for these Amazing18 Plans?
Our plans are no contract. However, we do have a minimum billing period of at least (2) billing cycles.

4. What are the other fees I should be aware of?
a) $10 SIM Card Fee
b) 1st Month payment of your subscription plan. (The 1st month's payment of your subscription plan will cover the 1st month's bill. Any remaining will roll over to cover the fee for the following month.)
c) $30 Registration Fee (Waived till further notice)

5. How do I purchase the add-ons (data, mins, SMS)?
Add-ons can only be purchased via our 1App. The 1App is available for download on both the App Store and Google Play Store.

6. Is there anything else that I should take note of?
We have a Credit Limit (CL) assigned to each plan that varies in accordance with the plan value. The CL is in place to prevent bill shock. The CL is contributed by purchases of VAS, IDD and Roaming usage, and any excess usage of voice calls or SMS out of the plan bundle.

When the CL quota has reached 80% and 100%, subscribers will receive an SMS alert to inform them. Upon 100% utilisation, subscribers might experience barring. This can be solved by contacting Customer Care.

  1. The November Promotional Amazing18 plan is only available for registration from 1st November 2022 to 30th November 2022.
  2. These plans are applicable for all new sign-ups and port-in numbers (MNP) only. Existing subscribers will not be able to change the plan to the November Promotional Amazing18 plan.
  3. Subscribers on the November Promotional Amazing18 plan will continue to use the plan until either party terminates the plan(s).
  4. The November Promotional Amazing18 comes with additional 50GB of local data that is valid for the first 6 months. The plan will revert to 25GB (SG & MY) from the 7th month onwards. 
  5. The November Promotional Amazing18 plan comes with bundled allocated data (25GB) that is applicable for usage in both Singapore & Malaysia only, while the allocated bundled voice calls (500 mins) and 500 SMS are applicable for usage, originating from Singapore to Singapore and Malaysia numbers only. 
  6. Subscribers may purchase additional VAS for their usage should they require. Separate charges apply. Visit https://www.redone.com.sg/postpaid/extras on VAS charges.
  7. From 7th Sept 2021 onwards, upon registration of the mobile line, there will be a SIM card fee of $10 and a 1st monthly payment of your subscription plan. These fees are payable upfront and non-refundable. The 1st month's payment of your subscription plan will cover the 1st month's bill. Any remaining balance will roll over to cover the fees for the following month.
  8. All prices displayed are inclusive of 7% prevailing GST and are based on monthly recurring service unless otherwise stated.
  9. Upon 100% utilisation of the allocated data bundle for the Amazing18 plan, the subsequent usage will be drawn from the Basic Internet Data throttling at 128kbps without incurring extra data charges.
  10. The November Promotional Amazing18 plan does not come with a contract. However, the subscriber will be charged for a minimum of 2 billing cycles.
  11. This offer's terms and conditions shall be read in addition to the terms and conditions of the redONE terms and conditions ("Principal Terms & Conditions") accepted by the Customer and shall be supplemental to the Principal Terms & Conditions. The Principal Terms and Conditions shall continue to apply and bind the Customer for purposes of this promotion.
