1. When is this promotion available?

The Promotional WOW20 plan is only available for registration from 1st January 2023 to 28th February 2023.

2. I am currently on the WOW Plan. Can I upgrade to this?

This plan only applies to all new sign-ups and port-in numbers (MNP). Existing subscribers cannot change the plan to this Promotional WOW20 plan.

3. Is there a tie-down period for these WOW Plans?

Our plans are no contract. However, we do have a minimum billing period of at least (2) billing cycles.

4. What are the other fees I should be aware of?

• A $10 SIM Card Fee
• 1st Month payment of your subscription plan. (The 1st month’s payment of your subscription plan will cover the 1st month’s bill. Any remaining will roll over to cover the fee for the following month.)
• $30 Registration Fee (Waived till further notice)

5. How do I purchase the add-ons (data, mins, SMS)?

Add-ons can only be purchased via our 1App. The 1App is available for download on both the App Store and Google Play Store.

6. Is there anything else that I should take note of?

We have a Credit Limit (CL) assigned to each plan that varies in accordance with the plan value. The CL is in place to prevent bill shock. The CL is contributed by purchases of VAS, IDD and Roaming usage, and any excess usage of voice calls or SMS out of the plan bundle.When the CL quota has reached 80% and 100%, subscribers will receive an SMS alert to inform them. Upon 100% utilisation, subscribers might experience barring. This can be solved by contacting Customer Care.

3. Subscribers on the WOW20 plan will continue to use the plans until either party terminates the plan(s).
4. The Promotional WOW20 plan has an additional 60GB of Local Data, valid for the first 12 months. The plan reverts to 60GB from the 13th month onwards.
5. The Promotional WOW20 plan (data, mins and SMS) is only applicable for usage in Singapore only.
6. Outgoing calls and/or SMS originating from Singapore to Other Licensed Network Operators (OLNOS) in Singapore only.
7. Customers who wish to utilise data in Malaysia will have to purchase redCONNECT MY. Separate charges apply. Visit www.redONE.com.sg/promotion/wowplans on VAS charges.
8. All prices displayed include 8% prevailing GST and are based on monthly recurring service unless otherwise stated.
9. Upon 100% utilisation of the allocated data bundle for the WOW20 plan, the subsequent usage will be drawn from the Basic Internet Data throttling at 128kbps without incurring extra data charges.
10. The Promotional WOW20 plan does not come with a contract. However, the subscriber will be charged for a minimum of 2 billing cycles.
11. This offer's terms and conditions shall be read in addition to the terms and conditions of the redONE terms and conditions ("Principal Terms & Conditions") accepted by the Customer and shall be supplemental to the Principal Terms & Conditions. The Principal Terms and Conditions shall continue to apply and bind the Customer for purposes of this promotion.
12. redONE reserves the right to amend the offer without prior notice.
