1. When are these WOW Plans available?
These WOW Plans are available from 18th April 2022 onwards.
2. Where can I sign up for the WOW Plans?
You may register for our WOW Plans only through our Partners. Locate your nearest Partner here or, leave us with your details here and we will get one of our Partners to contact you instead.
3. How are the WOW Plans different from the Amazing or Unlimited Plans?
The WOW Plans are meant for local data usage in SG only.
4. Is there a tie down period for these WOW Plans?
Our plans are no contract. However, we do have a minimum billing period of at least (2) billing cycles.
5. What are the other fees I should be aware of?
a) $10 SIM Card Fee
b) 1st Month payment of your subscription plan. (The 1st month payment of your subscription plan will cover the 1st month bill. Any remaining will roll over to cover the fee for the following month.)
c) $30 Registration Fee (Waived till further notice)
6. Can I roam with data in Malaysia?
You will have to purchase a redCONNECT MY data add-on VAS in order to roam in Malaysia. We have two options available; 1GB & 5GB.
7. How do I purchase the add-ons (data, mins, SMS)?
Add-ons can only be purchased via our 1App. The 1App is available for download on both the App Store and Google Play Store.
8. Is there anything else that I should take note of?
We have a Credit Limit (CL) assigned to each plan that varies in accordance with the plan value. The CL is in place to prevent bill shock. The CL is contributed by purchases of VAS, IDD and Roaming usage, and any excess usage of voice calls or SMS out of the plan bundle.
When the CL quota has reached 80% and 100%, subscribers will receive an SMS alert to inform them. Upon 100% utilisation, subscribers might experience barring. This can be solved by contacting Customer Care.
