  1. Is the Family Deal Package a new plan? 
    Yes it is! The Family Bundle Plans are available for purchase from 3rd September 2020 till 31st October 2020.

  2. Are there any additional fees I should take note of?



  3. Will the free Amazing8 (Family) plan go on forever?
    The Amazing8 (Family) will be free for 6 months or until you/redONE terminates the line. However, do also note that the line status for all the lines under the Parent Account for the Family Bundle Plans must be “In-Use” to be eligible for the free month subscription.
    Once any of the lines’ status has been “Barred”, “Suspended” or “Terminated”, the Amazing8 (Family) will no longer be eligible for the remaining waiver(s) of the free month subscription.


  4. Does this mean that I do not have to pay for the Amazing8 (Family) plan at all?
    As long as any of your lines in the Parent Account (for Family Deal Package) have not been Barred, Suspended, or Terminated, your Amazing8 (Family) plan will continue to enjoy the waiver. Do also note that as this is a waiver, you will still receive monthly bills showing the amount of $8/month, and the waiver for the amount will only be reflected in the following month’s bill.

  5. If I have requested for a Change of Plan to the Family Package, will I have to pay the usage for the month the line has not yet been changed?
    E.g. Requested for a Change of Plan on 19 August, and received the SIM Card for Amazing8 (Family). Will I be charged for usage of Amazing8 (Family) between 19 – 31 August 2020?
    If your Change Plan request is successful on 1 September, the Amazing8 (Family) plan usage for August 2020 will be waived off. Any excess usage, however, will be borne by thte subscriber.
    However, if your Change Plan request is unsuccessful on 1 September OR cancelled by the subscriber, the Amazing8 (Family) plan usage in August 2020 will be borne by the subscriber. 


1. The standard Terms & Conditions of registering for a redONE line applies, in addition to the following Terms & Conditions for lines registered under the Family Deal Package.

2. Registering for the Amazing18+ (Family) plan will allow the subscriber to be entitled to one free Amazing8 (Family) plan.

3. Registering for the Amazing28+ (Family) plan will allow the subscriber to be entitled to two free Amazing8 (Family) plans.

4. The Family Deal Plans are available for purchase for all subscribers (new registration, port-in, and existing). 
a) Existing users can only Change Plan to Amazing18+ (Family) & Amazing28+ (Family).
b) There will be no Change Plan allowed to Amazing8 (Family).

5. The Family Deal(s) must be registered under the SAME Parent account to be eligible for the waiver(s); 
a) Amazing18+ (Family) as Master Line and Amazing8 (Family) as Supplementary Line. 
b) Amazing28+ (Family) as Master Line and BOTH Amazing8 (Family) as Supplementary Line. 

6. Free redONE subscription is only applicable for the A8 (Family) plan for 6 months only, after 6 months, the subscriber will be charged $8/month for each A8 (Family) plan.

7. Free redONE subscription is only applicable for the A8 (Family) plan and the waiver will only be reflected from the 2nd bill onwards. 

8. The A8 (Family) plan will still require an upfront $10 for SIM Card fee. However, the $10 fee will be credited into the subscribers’ account, and reflected in the 2nd bill.

9. Waiver of the A8 (Family) plan is only for the monthly subscription of $8. Any excess usage or VAS will be borne by the subscriber. 

10. Subscribers who terminate/port out the A18+ (Family) or the A28+ (Family) line, will not be eligible for the free subscription of the A8 (Family) plan. The remaining A8 (Family) plan will be charged at $8/month. 

11. Line status for all the lines under the Parent Account for the Family Bundle Plans must be “In-Use” to be eligible for the free month subscription. “Line Barred”, “Line Suspended” or “Line Terminated” will no longer be eligible for the remaining waiver(s) of the free month subscription. 

12. Should the A18+ (Family) or the A28+ (Family) line is no longer “In Use”, the A8 (Family) plan will lose its waiver, and reverted to $8/month. 

13. For subscribers (new, existing, port-ins included) who are signing up a new line under the Family Deal Plans, the Master & Supplementary lines must be registered on the same date, time, and at the same Partner to be eligible. redONE reserves the right to reject any registration(s) that does not fulfil the mentioned requirements

14. For existing redONE subscribers who are Changing Plan to the either Amazing18+ (Family) or Amazing28+ (Family) plan, they can go to any of our Partners to request to Change their Plan to the mentioned plans. They will receive the free Amazing8 (Family) plan from the Partner as well. 
a) If the Change of Plan is successful, the monthly commitment in the month the COBP is pending will be waived. 
b) However, should the subscriber later proceed to cancel the Change Plan request OR if the Change Plan request is unsuccessful on the 1st of the following month, the user will be charged the full $8/month for the A8 (Family) plan(s). 
c) User will also be charged for the monthly commitment in the month the Change Plan request is pending.
