    Good news! We do not have any contract for these Amazing plans. So just VIU with ease! 
  4. Who is eligible to sign up for this offer?
    All new personal and MNP port in numbers starting from 20 March 2020.
  5. I am an Amazing8/18/28 customer. Can I have the 3 months VIU Premium?
    This offer is only valid for new sign ups and port in numbers, registered from 20 March 2020 onwards.
  6. Are the 1,000 mins voice calls among redONE Postpaid numbers valid for calls made when I am in Malaysia?
    The 1,000 mins voice calls among redONE Postpaid numbers are valid for calls made in Singapore only.
  7. After I have signed up for this plan, am I allowed to upgrade my monthly data bundle?
    We do not allow changing of plan at the moment.
  8. Can I register for any supplementary lines with Amazing18 or Amazing28?
    Yes, you may. 
  9. What happens after 3 months of VIU Premium is up? 
    Should you want to continue with VIU Premium, you may sign up for it directly via the VIU website or App. 
  10. Where can I purchase this Amazing18/28 plan?

  11. What should I do if I encounter any errors? 
    Should there be any errors after activation of the VIU Premium account, please contact VIU.However, should you have any issues with the VIU code, please contact our Customer Care


  1. This plan can be registered as a Master account or a supplementary account.

  3. All prices displayed are inclusive of 7% GST.
  4. Monthly access fee is only for the bundled high speed data, minutes, SMS and 1,000 minutes voice call originating from Singapore to other redONE Postpaid users in Singapore and Malaysia.
  5. Upon 100% utilisation of the bundled high speed data, the subsequent usage will be drawn from the basic Internet data throttling at 128kbps speed. Customer may opt to purchase Data Add-On to continue surfing the Internet at high speed.
