As redONE TURNS 2, we would like to thank each and every
subscribers for subscribing to redONE.
Follow the steps below on how to upgrade your plan:

1. How can I upgrade my plan?

The Change Plan request can be done via the following channels:

a. 1App (Step-by Step guide)

b. Through any of our Partners/Sales Agents

c. Customer Care Team (Email, Facebook, Live Chat, WhatsApp)

2. Why does the app still notify me that I will be charged a $10 Change Plan fee?

You will still see the $10 fee charged in your bill for the month. However, the amount will be reversed and reflected in the following month’s bill. 

3. I signed up for a plan in June 2021, and would like to upgrade now. Will I be charged extra since there is a minimum 2 billing cycles rule?

If you have just signed up in June 2021, and want to upgrade your plan in July 2021, do approach our Customer Care Team. They will assist to submit a note to waive off any extra charges that might occur in the following month.

4. Is this applicable for all Plans regardless of Change?

This promotion is applicable for all Plan Upgrades submitted during 1 – 31 July 2021 only. Same Plan Change or Downgrade of Plans will still be charged a fee of $10.

2. This promotion is only valid for Plan Upgrade (Amazing8 to Amazing18/28/38), and is not applicable for same plan change or plan downgrades (e.g. Amazing8 to Amazing8, or Amazing28 to Amazing18) 

3. There will be a Change Plan Fee of $10 reflected in the August 2021 bill, but the amount will be reversed and reflected in September 2021 bill.

4. The Change Plan request can be done via the following channels:

a. 1App (Step-by Step guide)

b. Through any of our Partners/Sales Agents

c. Customer Care Team (Email, Facebook, Live Chat, WhatsApp)

5. The regular Terms & Conditions of signing a redONE line applies.
